Install disks for Midiman Dman 2044

I need the install disks for the Midiman Dman 2044 sound card for Win98. The midiman.com and m-audio.com sites only have updated drivers for d/l, not the original diskette files, which contain the Dman 2044 Control Panel (on the Utility disk) and original driver install files. Can anyone help out a musician in need? Thanks. --CH
