If someone out there could explain this to me I would be thankful. In systems it list under device manger my hard disk controller as sis pci ide udma controller. Now if you see if this needs to be updated it says this is the best driver. But Driver Detective says it needs to be updated. Now using AIDA32 it says motherboard chipset(is this same thing)sis730s. Would this be what should be installed. How do I find out what should be there? And where do I find it if something different? By all these crazy questions you can tell I don't know much. Thank you all for your help.
