It looks like all you did was post your Device Manager listing, which isn't very helpful. Please post your Netvista model number, and also give us a list that show only those devices that are missing drivers, not the whole list. Those would be the items in your Device Manager that have yellow exclamation marks beside them.

You may have to download separate drivers for your network device, your audio device, and your video device, but it's all there on the linked page and the two following pages. Note: Apparently the link doesn't want to work on this board. Go to www.lenovo.com and choose the United States site, then Support and Drivers. Enter your model# on the right-hand side and it will take you directly to the driver downloads for your machine.
