I“m sorry but i don“t have it, but I need a driver for Studio PCTV.USB for windows 98. If you have it, send me please for my mail. Thanks.

Isn't true that Windows 2000 drivers work fine because I have two computers and both of them reboot itself randomsly when I want to watch TV.
That enterprise must be more serious with its clients.

look for the mail i'd send to the manufacturer... and the answer. see on their homepage.

Subject: Studio PCTV USB and Windows XP
Dear Sir,Today, 3rd June 2002, I buy an Studio PCTV USB for my personal use at home. The master goal is to see TV on my Desktop PC.
I use both operating system Windows 98SE and Windows XP.
I'm so gratified with this device working with Windows 98, but when I'm installing this thing on XP, using the program and drivers for 2000 of the version 1.04 that cames with the CDRom (I don't force any step of the instalation), some errors messages apears. But the devices works on XP, with some errors, and the computer's crash several times and I've got to uninstal STUDIO PCTV.
Before that I go trough the net to see if there are some compatibility problem, on your site www.pinnaclesys.com, but when I see that the answer is "BUY AN UPGRADE"... I've got so surprised with that!!!! A new device without free suport for XP, when XP is on the Top of the sales of Operating Systems?? I'm so mad about that, that if it's true, I'll came very disapointed what concernes my new product!!!
And this desapointement is bigger when I see that some of my clients could bought that thing (I've a Informatic's Store where in Sintra, Portugal).
The serial nr of my product is 3810439707.
With anything for now to tell you, and expecting that you apologise me for my poor English, I'm wayting for your answer,
Yours Sinceriously,
Joćo Ferreira.
the answer...
Dear sir,
You have contacted Broadcast support at Pinnacle and the Pinnacle product you have is not supported by our group. Many products have email access on our web site by going to the ASK a Question section
on our web site at http://pinnaclesys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/pinnaclesys.cfg/php/enduser/home.php
In fact I'd gonne to that URL and full-fill the "Ask a Question section"... but the answer... I'm wayting.

Guys,Yes, the drivers for the PCTV for WinXP exists.
Try this url:
http://www.pinnaclesys.com/docsupport1.asp?division_id=1&langue_id=4&product_id=6&product_name=PCTV&page_id=64
Good Luck.
