i cannot find a driver for a "Advanced Micro Devices PCNET Family (NDIS2/NDIS3)" nic anywhere. perhaps someone else has found it...

yes it contained drivers for all windows except 3.1

According to this WfW3.11 tutorial NDIS driver needs to be offered, and I believe a NDIS folder is in the package....


As this driver is only for NETBIOS you may wisht to update to have TCP/IP compatibility:
