I can't delete a floder from my mp3, I tried deleting a song, and it did, then I opened up a new folder in my MP3, and all of a sudden, the previous song I deleted is back on there and the new folder is FULL with other folders etc which I can't delete because it's an 'unknown source'
why is this happening ? never had trouble before with it

I've put each folder and the song through virus and malware check and all comes up fine, even turnt it off and back on again - nothing !

when I delete the one song - it doesn't even go into the recycling bin, as soon as I enter and exit a new folder, it's there again !

Also, one of the folders say USBCXé the rest are simular

... is this on a "mp3" player or usb stick?

... if either, copy the data you wish to save to your harddrive and format the usb device... "right click option format"...unless you have mp3 player software which should offer a prompt for that!
