A monitor driver - if even necessary - won't do you much good if you don't have the correct driver for your display adapter.
If that's the case, and you're posting because you don't have enough colours in your display, try downloading Aida32 or Everest Home to identify the adapter

If you still want or need the actual monitor driver, looks like there's one at driverguide - it's for Win98 but may well work in 95. Those kinds of "drivers" (.INF files) are just text containing instructions for Windows, and may allow you to fine tune the higher display resolutions.
