HTLDR is missing

Hi i have a Toshiba satellite laptop and every time that I turn it on I see the toshiba logo and the a black screen with the messege "HTLDR is mising prees ctrl-alt-del" when I do that the laptop reestart and the happend the same, then I download the bios from internet and nothing happends, then I put the windows Xp Bootable disk and nothing happends, Do Ihave to buy the original recovery disk? Thank you so much for your help
