While installing HP lagerjet 2015 Printer via usb cable into a windows server a message comes that "unknown device". Any solution for this?

Device manager displays a list of all devices that are installed in computer. In device manager, you may see a device listed as Unknown device next to a yellow question mark. Try to update the unknown device drive from within device manager. Select that, right click update and give the path of CD. Lastly, try updated drivers from the manufacturer's website. Try to uninstall and reinstall. You should check that driver software is correct. Otherwise you can download and install the printer software through the manufacturer website.
