There are old posts on this. I don't have the w95 cd but want to install the printer. HP no longer has w95 drivers on its download site. I tried to download the driver from a site in one of the posts. http://info.hartwick.edu/helpdesk/P... I extracted the files from the dj500en.exe file that I downloaded but it was missing some of the required files and the install would not complete.

The install is asking for: FINSTALL.DLL FINSTALL.HLP HPDSKJET.DRV ICONLIB.DLL UNIDRV.DLL UNIDRV.HLP

... click here to download 5 zipped files (211kb), you may have probems downloading with Firefox! ... the file "HPDSKJET.DRV" you can download from blue link in "Response Number 1", does not exist on win95 cd! ... good luck! . . ...
