I spent an about 3 hours on the phone with customer service and they coudn't help me. The all-in-one is an HP OfficeJet 6110xi. When I load the drivers from the install disc, it just prints a bunch of crap. About 6 mos ago, I went through and tried every driver I could decipher between and it actually worked right. Then I had problems with the comp, so I formatted and later tried to load the drivers for the printer again. Of course with the original drivers it still prints jibberish, but after trying to install every other driver I know of, all I can make it do is print in black and white. I searched and searched for any driver I could to make it work. And none of them are working. Has anyone had this problem before? Or has anyone any ideas?

Go to the following link and download the drivers. Okay make sure before downloading do a complete uninstall of the drivers to the printer that are currently on the Computer. After that then download the drivers. Hope this works.

I have an HP All-in-One USB printer. I found I have to unplug the printers USB cable, remove all the HP software and drivers, then boot the system. Then I have to install the drivers and software. After the drivers are loaded then I can plug in the printers USB cable and it works fine. Hope that this is a help.
