www.driversguide.com has a 100VG driver that someone extracted from Windows 2000. It is working great with my HP J2585A (PCI) card in a Dell PowerEdge 2400 server running Windows XP Professional. Just install it using the Have Disk button.
Summary: HP site XP Pro original drivers do not work after I installed. I can't find an audio driver for sp3 for this machine. BTW, I thought XP Pro sp3 had vista-like GUI. Only the beginning black/grey splash...
