Hey I'm about to install a new Hard drive on my Dell. The CDRW and DVD player are from a Emachine unit and he put it into the dell. How will I reconize the unit in the comp. Do I just download regular drivers from dell?

XP will pick them up if they are correctly recognized in BIOS, no drivers needed.
