how to install driver?

I've downloaded a sound driver for my mainboard (the sound card is integrated). Now I haven't got a clue how to install them. After I've unzipped it, I don't know where to put the files.
The mainboard is a "Shuttle Spacewalker AK35GTR" and the driver is "cmedia281_winxp.zip".
there should be an application or setup file in the unzipped files. just double click on it. you do not have to meve these files. hope it works. be happy
