Open up the computer and look on the graphics card. If you can't, what computer manufacturer and model do you have? You may still be using onboard and I can find the drivers for you...

If all else fails, d/load and install SiSoftware, most of the time it will tell you your make & model of your Vcard. However, I'm not sure if it needs the drivers to identify the card or not.
