how can i install Ati 3d Rage

i move my harddisk to another computer.And the new computer's vidio card is ATI 3d Rage ,which is a chip in mainborad of Asus cuvs4-c.When the first timer i enter into linux,system detected it.I try to setup it.But i failed.So i ignore it.Now i need to use Xwindows.i run command "setup",then xconfiguration,then press "OK",i get these message: PCI Entry: ATI|3D Rage Pro AGP 1X/2X X Server: XF86_Mach64 XFree4 driver:ati(Not used by default) and if i press "OK",it will return to the screen of setup. how can i reconfigrate my vidio card and make it working?please give me some advices.
