CPU/Ram: ADM Duron

My cdtech.sys file is missing. I removed the cdrom and it is still messed up. My screen says cdrom/cdtech.sys is missing again. I have 2 cdrom's installed. One CD-RW, and DVD. What else can I do to fix it?
