You have quoted a chip number, but no luck with google with all of those numbers.
What is the brand of the computer and the model of your computer? The motherboard brand and model would be good.

OK sounds like you are giving us wrong info. open up the case and have a good look . there should be 2 chips with same brand name, like SiS or Intel or others. post a note with that info and the number also and we maybe able to help you more. brand name of computer would also be a big help Good luck
