i have this modem with no FCC ID. from the markings:
chip 1: rcv288dpi r6682-24
chip 2: L39/U L3903-57
on silkscreen: BDP 10919 rev V 4694 copyright 1993
if anyone is familiar with these numbers please help me get drivers/softwares/firmware for this modem. thank you.

I too have a modem with 2 Rockwell chips RCV288DPI & L39/U It's a HW336PCAM. Not bothered at this stage about software as I can't get PC to boot with it in! Modem has a set of Dip/Jumper switches, Hoping that if I can find User guide can get it working...
