Comment: I purchased this thing called the Driver Detective, it is suposed to find the right upgrades for my drivers, I downloaded the ones it recomended, but when I run the instilation it tells me I have the wrong os but I read the system requirements and my os is one of them. Please can any one out there help me! By the way I'm not very with computer stuff...lol

Reply: (edit)Hi Let us know your model; motherboard specs and as your now asking, someone here can point in the right direction. Useful info can be found free by bringing up the Device Manager [right click My computer click properties] Go to system. expand. You should see lines with pentium or similar. There should also be some lines with numbers in them [represent MB chips] Post [a copy of the lines] this info back and someone can help you much better.

Reply: (edit)gateway will definitely help u with the matter they now have share screen technology where they can do all the work for u u just have to let them control your pc.and go to my support and fill out your issue they will need ur serial # and name and phone.and operating system xp or etc.... and then what problem u r having
