Hi,
I am sorry to say that this card is at present not supported under win2k or XP.
I expect a hear from our R&D about a solution for this problem in June/ July.
Details will then be e-mailed out.

I have a PCLine PCTV card which has a label on it, MM210PCTV. This card is based on Conexant's BT878 chipset, and there are PLENTY of BT878 drivers available across all operating systems.
With my PCLine TV Tuner Card, I use the Pixelview PlayTV Pro drivers provided by prolink ...http://www.prolink.com.tw
This seems to drive my card fine. I understand that this may not work for your card but it might be worth a try. I accept no responsibility if anything bad should happen as a result of following this advice.
These are WDM drivers and work on Windows

Which specific download file are you using from http://www.prolink.com.tw/new_web/download/protv_multimedia.htm for MM210PCTV ?
Nore

Not tested yet - just downloading
http://www.hauppauge.com/xp/software/xp_wintvpci.htm
Hauppage WinTV vards use Conexant 878 too..
I'll report back when I have installed mine.. ( PCLine TV tune card also )

It didn't work
In fact it caused fatal errors and blue screens. Avoid Hauppage WinTV drivers with this card!

With PCLINE TV-Card the driver from the following location works.. run the executable in the zip file and choose to let it identify the TV Tuner, and use Conexant BT878 chipset type.
http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/Files/btwdmdrvinstaller5.3.1.zip
Then force windows to use that driver.. not easy but it'll work, sort of. of 3 entries in the device manager only 2 will be marked ok, but thats enough for Pixelview TV viewer to access the card with.
Bear in mind you need a sound card, onboard sound wont work with this tuner

It is, however.. a bit unstable...
I DID have mine working to an extent.. but in the end I took it back and paid another £10 UK Pounds to upgrade to a hauppage WinTV Go which supports XP properly, and works with my onboard sound...

I have a pixelview play tv pro bt878 w/fm , i used "fastcom tv" drivers and software on xp. The problem is i have no sound , it played once and thats it, i have an onboard soundcard............how can i fix this???

Try plugging sound out jack on TV card into line in on onboard sound. if you only have a microphone input.. try that.. tho it may not work.
Ultimately I bought a sound card anyway - C-media SB5.1 compatible PCI card was only £6 UK pounds on www.ebuyer.com - driver supplied off windowsupdate so you dont need to install it if you have a net connection either.
