Hardware Install Driver Problem

Hi, I recently purchased the Imic2. I cannot get the device to work. I have Windows XP service pack 2 When I connet, it says New Hardware Found, and prompts me for drivers. I have no drivers or installation disc. The blurb just says plug it in, no need for drivers. When I ignore all the prompts it decides the hardware cannot be found and will not recognise the device. Please could you post links etc to help set this up? Thank you very much for your help, it is most appreciated :) Belinda xxxxx
