Hi everyone....I need help with my laptop and it is an IBM THINKPAD 365X and what I did was format it. I have an external cd rom (The rom name is posted above)and after formatting it won't open. It doesn't indicate that it is connected to the computer but it is as tight as can be and the software is installed. (Took me a while to install!!) I do not have any O/S installed on my computer as of now. i have been running on dos and trying everything I can possibly do. I am assuming that I need a driver but when I downloaded the one I got from a link at this site, it didn't work properly. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me so I can use my cd rom. If there is no way to fix it I'm screwed and I don't want that to happen. Thank you all for your time.
