CPU/Ram: Intel Pentium III

My computer broke down a couple of months ago and everything was lost. I was able to recover most the drives, but I'm still stuck in 16 colors and 640 x 480 resolution.
Video Adapter: Standard PCI Graphics Adapter (VGA)
PCI/AGP Video: S3 Savage 4 (Number Nine SR9 SD)
Could someone help me out?

First try start /run / and type MSCONFIG into the box make sure the box 16x640x480 box isnt checked
Or download a driver from Driver Guide
Then update driver in device manager
