My old motherboard recently broke, so I got a new motherboard in the machine and ran the master Image to restore the original factory settings.

Only now the cd-rom drive isn't recognised by windows so I can't use it, and the resolution is only 640*480 and 16 bit colors. I know I need to install the mothercoard drivers to make the thing work so I can have higher resolution and 32 bit color.

The number on the motherboard is: P1810E Winnex-3e Bios V1.0X

I don't know what brand it is or what - absolute newbie here.

Also the modem is broken so I can't download anything.... I think I can download the drivers at a internet cafe, put them on a floppy and take it home.

I am using a P2 400 256 Mb ram. Ancient I know, I just need to get things to work.
