I just would like to know why is it that my GENIUS COLOR PAGE VIVID PRO II Scanner is not working on my PC (WIN98 SE) I've heard its that it is about the TWAIN... The install CD that came along with the scanner installs the program/driver but when I run it..it gives me an error msg concerning the ports... Please help for I am not really a technical person... My scanner seems to be ok so I guess its really the driver/the twain that is really need to resolve to make my scanner run. I think most if not all of us who has this model of Genius scanner have the same problem. So if you had documented this problem and had given resolution in the past already please kindly furnish me copy of the resolutions. My email address is indicated above.
