gendrv.dll and unidrv.dll

For some reason my HPDeskJet 820C printer is losing communication with my computer and will not print. When I go into system information it said gendrv.dll and unidrv.dll were not installed. I downloaded them both from dllsearch but they still will not work. What am I supposed to do in order to install them? Thanks for any help.

Hi, I have the same problem with an Epson Stylus Color 480 SXU (gendrv.dll is missing according to system information).
Did you shot the problem? If so, could you tell me how?
