I am using Award Modular BIOS V4.51PG . The processor is Pentium 866 MHz, with 128 MB RAM . Can a Geforce XFX 5600 256 mb video card work on this?

Because when i installed it gave me this message:
This device cannot find any Input/Output Range (I/O) resources to use (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you must disable another device that is using the resources this device needs.

I have already uninstalled of my ATI drivers.

Then in the resource tab it gives me this:
Conflict device list:

System board extension for ACPI BIOS
