Gateway 2000 cd will not open

I had to move my computer and now after seting it back up my cd drive will not open at all. I went into my computer and it is not showing my D drive at all. Help.

... go to "start" then run and type:

devmgmt.msc [press ENTER]

... do you see any yellow markers or any errors?
