I dont have problems with this card before Windows XP (Misrosoft and Adaptec web site won help). I use driver from Windows 2000. Find and copy scsi.inf and fd16_700.sys from inf and system32/drivers and install.

I have the same problem.
Now, I need a site that has downloadable components from Win2k...
So all we need to get it to work is:
SCSI.inf FD16_700.sys
Right?? or is there more.. like a .cat file?

Just use the 2 files that were listed here, I finally got my 2920 card working in 2 minutes after reading this thread, I had been frustrated with it for 3 hours before that.

When i said "use the 2 files" in my previous post, I meant the scsi.inf and the fd16_700.sys files, NOT THE LINKS. If you don't have a Windows 2000 CD to get the files off of, just go to Google and do a search for them and download them like I did instead of begging for someone to email you the drivers.

I'd just like to say that I used these two files in the discussion for initializing my aha-2920 and it worked great. To all those who are begging for these files...I thought the same thing as another reader, just do a search for them and find them. Resources are available everywhere. The person who posted the fix, isn't some sort of magician who waved his hand and conjured up the files.
