I have already downloaded the file from the dell driver site and burned to cd but it still can not find the proper driver it says
You shouldn't have to burn it to the CD... After you download the file, you just need to double-click on it, let it extract the files, and then it will automatically launch the driver installation. You've been helped by a 15 year old.
