When i boot i get error msg as windows cannot start. load needed dlls of kernel. I cant enter into recovery mode. How can i get my system back to working.

... try tapping F8 key @boot-up select safe mode, then try restore in safe mode as the pop-up prompts you to.

... if unable to go into safe mode post:

... the EXACT ERROR MESSAGE and

... your pc MAKE and MODEL DETAILS .... [... plz]
