I just purchased a new computer and then a new scanner. It is an Epson Perfection 2580 Photo. We can get it to work even after two messages come up on the screen. The messages are as follows: TVICHW32 DRIVER OPEN ERROR and CAN NOT LOAD ASPI LAYER DRIVER. I emailed Epson about it, but they were not too much help. What I want to know is whether this could be detrimental to my computer and how do I get the messages to turn off. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
