Comment: I have an elpina motherboard
on board are numbers.. e-vo 9808 and v3.1
with a pci chipset.
I bought this through tiger direct a few years ago. I am running a pentium 166 and os win 98 se.
I have been unable to locate drivers for this board and have been unable to get usb to work. any help would be greatly appreciated,
