hi! can somebody help me pls? my laptop cannot read any cd or dvd disc. but in MY COMPUTER, i can see the drive E:DVD/CD RW drive, but cannot read any disc. is it possible that this drive is not installed?

sorry for the HUGE delay

start > run > write devmgmt.msc

any yellow markers

if not, then you probably have installed the drive
