CPU/Ram: pentium4 1gig

I have an hp media center debranded pc it came without drivers and I've been around and around with hp they sent me recovery disks and they aren't the right ones the motherboard is a PTGD-LA no agp or pci ecan't find the right sound drivers and there is a pci device W/O right drivers
