Monitors usually do not require specific drivers, why do you feel that you need one??

Sure - if you're "stuck in 16 colours" then you'd want the graphics card driver
Many folks end up here due to a failure to actually look (anyone can search - really!)
btw - 'Daewoo' monitors tend to be short lived, in my experience - good luck with that one
I'm not one of those who think Bill Gates is the devil. I simply suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't need an interpreter.
