After finishing the games i play online i recieve a bluescreen error. The bluescreen basically states :

problem detected - windows shut down to prevent damage...

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

check to see if hardware is properly installed... windows updates etc

if it continues disable/remove hardware/software

disable bios: caching/shadowing

*** NDIS.sys - address F83D16D1 base at F83B8000, datastamp 3d6de4c3

physical memory dump begining

pshysical memory dump complete

Then my pc reboots.

any help please ?

I've had a similar problem. I think this error generally occurs when 2 or more hardware devices (sound card, graphics card etc) try to use the same IRQ channel (something you can check by going to the Device Manager and viewing items by connection) I solved this in my machine by physically moving my soundcard to a new slot...apparently it isn't a good idea to have your sound and graphics cards next to each other. Other possible causes are out of date drivers for your cards - make sure these are up to date too. Hope that helps.

I had met this too.
and i think it my hardware problem such as graphics card.because it has be used for 4 years.
replace it with an other graphics card should be a way.
