Hi,
I am trying to install two drivers at the same time. The first driver starts the install and it in turn calls the coinstaller of first driver. Within this coinstaller, the "DIF_NEWDEVICEWIZARD_FINISHINSTALL " calls the exe which will install another driver. The second driver has a coinstaller (same as the first coinstaller with diff name) which also gets invoked. The first driver gets installed by the time it calls "DIF_NEWDEVICEWIZARD_FINISHINSTALL " and then the second driver also gets installed. Then it returns to the first installer's coinstaller. At this time, the first coinstaller timesout. The total coinstaller time takes about 5-8 min and this is longer than expected (This seems to be due to drvinst getting a timeout cause it has reached the max of 5 min.)
If I run the driver installs seperately, it takes less than 3 min.
Could anyone please tell me how this can be done without getting a timeout?...
Thanks a lot

im sure you installed both driver. does'tmatter which driver u install 1st. if filename and file contains same stucture. visit my blog for further information http://pokyeh.blogspot.com or my websites http://pokyehyeh.site90.net
