I just purchased a Sandisk MP3 player m240 under the assumption that it coud be used in windows98 with a driver (as Sandisk says it does). However, I have not been able to locate the driver anywhere. Anyone have any idea about where i can find this driver, or another solution???
Thanks!
I've searches the places I usualy go to find drivers. I've been unfortunate to find any. I've also read that your Mp3 player uses Plug and Play technology for WindowsME and higher and that it requires drivers for Windows98/SE. I cannot find anything for Win98. In this case, let us know what happends when you attempt to plug your Mp3 player to your computer. Does a window show up asking for drivers? Your Windows98 CD perhaps? Nothing happends? Ive found 2 different forumns that mention the "Maximus Decim Native usb driver" one says a novice should not install due to crashes and this gentleman had to reboot several time before he could get it to work..
On another forumn i found a driver called "2098 driverv1"...no other information was with it...At this point any information would be very helpful....
