Driver for Philips Monitor 7CM3209

I wish to use my old monitor, a Philips Brilliance 7 CM 3209, with a PC equipped with Windows 2000 pro OS and a NVidia Riva TNT2 Ultra adapter. The monitor works fine in screen resolution 640x480 but not in any higher resolutions. Does anyone know of a driver that will allow 800x600? And a location from which to download it?
