ok so i have some more news it needs this file StiDrv.DLL which i believe is the driver and I have the product Genius Color Page-Vivid Pro not the Pro ll so maybe the driver help that you gave me doesnt apply...? idk i am just trying to get my scanner to work and sorry for any bother but I dont have a man to help me download this and your help is much appreciated!! thanks a bunch Mandy
