Comment:
I bought my computer in Dec. 2002 with a CD-RW drive, used the drive to install programs, but never used it to write things on cd's. Now I want to do that, and it doesn't work. Paople are telling me I need another driver. Where would I find it and what driver do I need?

Presumably you have a CD writer/copier program installed (Nero for example)?? If you don't then you can't write to nor copy disks.

windows xp can burn cds without a nero-like program but you have to turn it on. check the cd properties in "my computer" window.
