OS: Windows 2000
CPU/Ram: x86 64KB
Model/Manufacturer: HP
Comment:
I was recently given a monitor, TRL/RLC DH-1764 Crystalview, the display screen is slightly distorted. It bows out in the middle. It's fine for games, but sucks for doing word prossessing. I think I may need to downlad a driver.

Where can I get a free driver download for a TRL/RLC DH-1764 Monitor?

I doubt very much if it's actually a driver issue, sounds more like an unrepairable defect

This is a CRT?

Anyways, try one if you like - those 'drivers' are mainly text files (INF) and for that monitor, looks like it'd be: pixie.inf

You can copy, paste and 'save as' from here

Although, I'd kind of expect Win2K to detect the monitor & provide a driver for it on its own

Have you tried adjusting the screen set up - the buttons on the front of the monitor???

All the adjustment in the world won't help if it's a monitor defect - not that I expect the OP to be following this, hardly anyone does here in this forum of the lost
