hi, could you tell me if its possible to temporarily downgrade from vista home basic to win 98. i have a toshiba l300 and have made a back up cd, so can i just stick a 98 cd in and off we go, and then recover vista later?

no i dont have win98 drivers but i was hoping to download them from a freeware site, how do you mean sooner than later? hope you recovering ok!

... well if you hav'nt got the drivers for win98 and like some people who decided to go ahead. ... and then..... "ooooh nothing is working" ..." awwwwwh I'll have to revert right back to were I was before".... ... because of lack of hindsight...... ..... is what I mean .... it happens !! ...
