I'm trying to play an old DOS game called Star Control II, and I finally have it working...but with no sound. I'm looking for a driver to get my Sound Blaster Live! Value to work under DOS, but I've only found one dead link so far...CreativeLabs no longer offers DOS drivers on their web site.

which version of windows are u using ? if it is 9x .. like winME or 98 .. when u right click on my computer and click properties.. u should see 16 bit drivers for sb live on device manager .. if not reinstall ur drivers.. it should work .. though i am not very sure..
