Comment:

After Reformating my hard drive with my old Dell system I loaded back up some of the key files and when I went to get the most current display drivers from Nvidia for the GForce 2 card that is in my system the error below keeps coming up when I boot up the computer as everything else works.

ERROR:
Error loading C:\Windows\System\NvCpl.dll
A Device attached to the system is not responding.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get rid of this message as my display is working fine outside of the annoying message displaying every time I boot up. Thanks!
