I am the IT for a local agency, and we have a Toshiba eStudio 352 Printer/Copier/Fax. When people go to print, they are prompted to ented a department code, so we know where and how to bill the print job. Well, we purchased a Konica Minolta bizhub 7255 Printer/Copier/Fax, and I need to figure out a way to get a correct driver that will be compatible with the printer, and will prompt for the department code. I already have the "ECM Codes" Enabled, and the correct codes inputted, But I am getting no prompt when I go to print. It just sends the job straight to the printer, no questions asked. I tried using the Toshiba Drivers on the Konica's port, which didn't work, but was still able to print. I tried searching around on google to find an answer, but found nothing. Anyone have any solutions or any advice? Thanks, -Mike

I checked there, and even called customer support and they had no idea what I was doing, and didn't even seem knowledgable about what drivers were....
