I reinstalled windows on my laptop, and I downloaded the drivers from Dell's website, but they didn't seem to work. Dell has pretty much zero tech support, so I am not sure if Dell screwed up with the drivers or if I did something wrong.

... where it say's "Operating System" a little drop down appears maybe you got the Vista drivers ... clicking on your driver "PAGE" shows that it loads Vista drivers @ default load-up.
