My stepson unplugged my Creative webcam earlier today. When I plugged it back in it was not recognized by the PC. The sticker on the back says it is a "CS10013264971961" Does anyone know where I can get the drivers? I've tried running "Add Hardware", but that doesn't get me anywhere. Can anyone help?

Try a system restore.
Then try rolling back the driver in device manager.
Then join driver guide http://www.driverguide.com/ & search, I had a look but couldn't find CS10013264971961. In fact there was nothing beginning CS. You could try using another creative webcam driver.
You say your pc doesn't recognise the webcam, have you tried another usb port? Try it in another pc, if neither pc sees it, then I'd say you need a new one.
Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.
Summary: I think creative dropped this webcam. I bought it new years ago, had a little trouble installing it, worked badly for a short time crashing a lot, uninstalled it, and it never really worked very well...
